Fillers for Wrinkles

4 popular face fillers that work

Fillers for WrinklesUnhappy with the wrinkles, lines and folds you see in your face, but not yet ready for a facelift? You may be an ideal candidate for today’s safe and effective, non-surgical dermal fillers, also known as injectables.

In the hands of an experienced facial cosmetic surgeon/specialist, these office-administered treatments can do a remarkable job of temporarily softening or removing moderate to severe facial lines, wrinkles and folds. They deliver superb and immediate results whether used alone or in combination with a facelift. They can last for months to more than a year, and can be repeated as needed.

Here are 4 dermal fillers for wrinkles that you need to know about.

(1) Restylane®
Dr. Robert J. Smyth, facial cosmetic surgeon specializing in just the face and neck area for 30+ years, prefers this dermal filler for the delicate area under the eyes. Specially formulated for the thinner under eye skin, Restylane allows him to fill sunken areas and add volume subtly and gently for natural results that leave the face and eyes looking refreshed and more youthful. FDA approved. NOTE: New forms of Restylane are being introduced for use in other areas of the face, as well. Ask your surgeon for details.
Results: Can last up to 18 months
Cost: Usually priced by the “syringe”. Ask your surgeon his or her cost per syringe. Example: The area under your eyes may require two syringes at initial treatment.

(2) Botox® (injectable)
Botox has become the gold standard among cosmetic surgeons for temporarily smoothing facial wrinkles, especially the vertical lines between the eyebrows (the “11’s”), creases at the corners of the eyes (squint lines), and horizontal wrinkles in the forehead. Botox is the brand name of this toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. FDA approved.
Results: Typically 3 to 6 months
Cost: Usually priced by the “unit”. Ask your surgeon his or her cost per unit. Example: The area between the brows may require 10 units of Botox at your initial treatment.

(3) Juvederm®
Juvederm is a tried and true dermal gel containing a modified hyaluronic acid identical to a naturally occurring building block found in the human body. Dr. Smyth uses this face filler to smooth away lines and wrinkles in the nasolabial folds (along the sides of the nose and mouth), in the cheeks and chin areas, delivering natural results. FDA approved.
Results: Typically up to one year or longer
Cost: Usually priced by the “syringe”. Ask your surgeon his or her cost per syringe. Example: The nasolabial area may require two syringes at initial treatment.

(4) Voluma®
Voluma is the first and only FDA-approved dermal filler designed specifically to correct volume loss in the cheek area. This injectable gel subtly returns the cheeks to the fuller, natural look of your younger years. It is part of the Juvederm family of fillers.
Results: Can last up to two years
Cost: Usually priced by the “syringe”. Ask your surgeon his or her cost per syringe. Example: The cheeks may require two syringes at initial treatment.

Remember to…

•  Discuss your concerns and expectations with your surgeon. There is a definite art to treatment. Choose someone who is highly experienced. Start conservatively –– and add more later, if needed.
•  Inform your facial cosmetic surgeon/specialist of any allergies or medical conditions you have, any muscle or nerve conditions you have or have been treated for in the past, and all medications you currently take.
•  Enter carefully into savings “deals”, “packages”, “parties” and pricing offers that require you to have more dermal fillers than you actually need in order to get a savings. An overdone face is not worth the money saved.

Getting Rid of Neck Fat

Your options and their effectiveness

Cosmetic Surgery Neck Fat Cincinnati, OH“What can be done about this fat in my neck?”

Extra fat in the neck is one of the most common complaints of both women and men. The fatty deposits that can make it difficult to wear certain necklines or uncomfortable to button a dress shirt can be due to being overweight. However, a full neck is just as often a product of our genes, meaning it runs in your family. And, while neck fat often becomes a problem as we age, it also can be bothersome for people as young as in their 30s.

Whatever the reason for the fullness, there are several options for getting rid of neck fat. Among the most popular procedures are the following, according to facial cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Robert J. Smyth, MD, located in Cincinnati OH, who has 30+ years of experience specializing in rejuvenation of just the face and neck area.

Submental Liposuction
This simple procedure is performed under strictly local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Smyth makes a small incision discretely hidden under the chin where no one can see it. He then uses a tiny canula to remove the excess fat from that area. Patients feel no pain or discomfort and avoid the risks and recovery associated with general anesthesia. After the procedure, patients leave with a small bandage over the tiny incision and are asked to wear a bandage wrap that goes under their chin and up over the top of their head for 24 hours post-op.

Some patients may experience a bit of bruising after their procedure, but most go back to work and resume activities within two days post-procedure. Submental liposuction delivers immediate results that last six to 10 years, provided the patient maintains a fairly steady weight over that period of time.

Submental liposuction can be performed by itself or in combination with a Timeless Lift™, the minimally invasive neck lift/lower facelift that targets loose skin in the lower face, jowls and neck, and that gently lifts the face, neck and jawline to an entirely natural but younger look for the patient.

Kybella®
This double-chin-reducing procedure involves injecting a fat-dissolving prescription substance (deoxycholic acid) into the fatty deposits of the neck. The acid dissolves the fat around the area of injection. Treatment is customized to the needs of each patient and their desired results. Most patients need three to four treatments, with several dozen injections per treatment. The destroyed fat cells can no longer store fat. However, future fluctuations in weight gain will result in the development of new fat cells in the chin area. As such, it is important for patients to maintain a steady weight if they expect long lasting results from Kybella treatment.

Check out the before and after photos of actual Kybella patients on the KYBELLA website. You will see some patients receiving better results than others in terms of how much fullness is actually eliminated. Typically speaking, younger patients whose skin is still resilient will have better results with KYBELLA than older patients whose skin is showing signs of laxity.

CoolSculpting®
CoolSculpting is fat-freezing technology that uses a machine to suction and reduce fat from under the chin. CoolSculpting results can take weeks to months to appear, and most patients require more than one treatment. CoolSculpting may need to be repeated every few years, depending upon the patient, their general health, weight, etc.

NOTE––All facial cosmetic surgical procedures performed by Dr. Smyth are done with the patient having strictly local anesthesia along with a small amount of relaxation medication. Patients are kept entirely comfortable throughout their procedure and are spared the risks and longer healing time associated with general anesthesia.

Smyth, MD, in Cincinnati OH has performed more than 3,000 minimally-invasive facelifts and thousands of other surgical and non-surgical, anti-aging, facial cosmetic procedures, including upper eyelifts, lower eyelid lifts, brow lifts, submental liposuction, laser skin resurfacing, chin implants, injectables (dermal fillers) and Botox. Fitting Cosmetic Surgery into Your Life

How long before you can “be seen” again?

Cosmetic Surgery Cincinnati, OH“How long before I can go out in public?” ”How many days should I be off work?” “How long before I’m healed enough so that no one knows I had anything done?”

For most people, one of the biggest hurdles to having a facial cosmetic procedure is fitting it into their life. We understand. It’s hard to carve out time in your busy schedule to do something just for you, especially when you may not want people to know that you’re having something done (whether a surgical procedure or non-surgical treatment).

Although everyone heals at a different pace, based on their age, general health, skin and hair coloring, and on the procedure(s) performed, here are some general guidelines for recovery times from Dr. Robert J. Smyth, MD, Cosmetic Surgeon and specialist in just the face and neck for 30+ years, located in Cincinnati OH.

Minimally-Invasive Facelift (Timeless Lift™)

First 48 hours post-procedure: Patients wear a wrap from under their chin to over the top of their head, and apply ice over the wrap to affected areas. Patients should relax, avoid activities that cause them to work up a sweat, and not lift anything heavy for the first two weeks following surgery.
Days 3-7 post-procedure: Healing continues. Apply warm compresses to areas where any bruising may have occurred. Patients can shower and gently wash their hair. No hair coloring or hairspray near the incision line.
Day 8: Sutures are removed.
Days 10-14: Most patients return to work and social activities. Typically, women can hide the incision (skinny line tucked into the natural crease in front of and behind the ear) with a few strands of hair.
Day 21: If desired, women and men can apply a bit of skin-colored makeup to hide the incision line which by now is typically a very light pink color. Or, they can hide it with their hair. Most patients can return to non-contact sports and other more rigorous activities at this time. Always apply sunscreen to the incision line.
GOOD TO HAVE ON HAND: Electric toothbrush so that you don’t have to open your mouth as wide (stretch your facial skin) to brush your teeth for the first week or so after your procedure.

Submental Liposuction

Patients may have some minor bruising or swelling and can apply ice to the affected area under the chin. Otherwise, they can return to normal activities but nothing rigorous for the first 72 hours post-procedure. Sutures dissolve on their own.

Upper and/or Lower Eyelids (Blepharoplasty)

First 48 hours post-procedure: Patients apply gel ice packs to the eye area. Patients should relax, avoid activities that cause them to work up a sweat, and not lift anything heavy for first two weeks following surgery. Patients should not drive a car or operate any dangerous machinery.
Days 3-7 post-procedure: Apply warm compresses to the eye area if any bruising or swelling have occurred. Many patients put on sunglasses and return to normal activities at this point, avoiding anything strenuous including rigorous sports. Sutures dissolve on their own.
By Day 8-10: Most people return to work and social activities.
Day 21: Patients can gently apply eye makeup, being careful not to tug or pull on the upper or lower lid area.
GOOD TO HAVE ON HAND: If needed, prescription glasses and sunglasses. Contact lens wearers should wait to use their contacts until three weeks after surgery.

Brow Lift

First 48 hours post-procedure: Patients apply gel ice packs to the affected area. Patients should relax, avoid activities that cause them to work up a sweat, and not lift anything heavy for first two weeks following surgery. Patients should not drive a car or operate any dangerous machinery.
Days 3-7 post-procedure: Apply warm compresses to the affected area if any bruising or swelling have occurred.
Day 8: Sutures are removed. Many patients return to normal activities at this point, still avoiding anything strenuous including heavy lifting or rigorous sports.

Laser Skin Resurfacing

First 48 hours post-procedure: Patients apply gel ice packs to the treated area. They also need to cleanse (dab) the area two to three times daily (do not rub), and apply a layer of Aquaphor ointment. The treated areas will be pinkish red during the healing process.
Days 3-7 post-procedure: Continue to clean the area and apply the ointment as directed above.
Days 8-14: Apply warm compresses as needed for any swelling. Patients may use their own skin moisturizer at this point and also gently apply a light makeup foundation to the treated area.

Chin or Pre-Jowl Implant

Patients may have some minor bruising or swelling and can apply ice to the affected area as needed. Otherwise, they can return to normal activities, but nothing rigorous for the first 72 hours post-procedure. Sutures dissolve on their own.

Dermal Fillers and Botox®

There may be some minimal redness for a few hours following injections of Botox®, Juvederm, Restylane, or Voluma, but most patients return to work and normal (not strenuous) activities same day or the next day.

IMPORTANT NOTE––All facial cosmetic surgical procedures performed by Dr. Smyth are done with the patient having strictly local anesthesia along with a small amount of relaxation medication. Patients are kept entirely comfortable throughout their procedure and are spared the risks and longer healing time associated with general anesthesia. Because of taking the relaxation medication, patients must have someone drive them to and from their procedure. Patients should not drive a car or operate any type of dangerous machinery for the first 24 hours after a surgical procedure.

How to Reduce a Double Chin

3 ways to get your best facial profile

Reduce a Double Chin Cincinnati, OHA double chin is a common complaint of women and men ranging in age from their 20s to their 70s. Extra fat (submental fat) and fullness in the chin area can make you look older than your years. It also can make it unattractive for women to wear certain necklines and uncomfortable for men to wear dress shirts and ties.

The first step to reducing a double chin is to determine what is causing it. Heredity is a leading cause and one that you can do little about –– simply put, double chins can run in a family. Being overweight is another major cause and weight loss of even 10 to 20 pounds can show significant improvement.

Whatever the reason for your double chin, you don’t need to fret about it for a lifetime. You can take next steps and start feeling better about yourself right now. Here are popular three options for reducing and/or eliminating a double chin.

Submental Liposuction

Submental liposuction is a quick, minimally invasive surgical procedure in which Dr. Robert J. Smyth, face and neck rejuvenation surgeon and specialist in Cincinnati, OH, makes a small incision discretely hidden under the chin where no one can see it. He then uses a tiny canula to remove the excess fat from that area. This simple procedure is performed under strictly local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes.

Kybella®

KYBELLA® is an injectable, prescription medicine (deoxycholic acid) used to improve the appearance and profile of extra fat below the chin. Take a minute to look at the before and after photos of actual Kybella patients on the KYBELLA website. You will see some patients receiving better results than others in terms of how much fullness is actually eliminated. Typically speaking, younger patients whose skin is still resilient will have better results with KYBELLA than older patients whose skin is showing signs of laxity. Also, KYBELLA is not a permanent solution. Several treatments are generally needed to attain desired results, and treatments may need to be repeated every couple of years.

Making Your Decision

If you want to get rid of your double chin and get a quick and long-lasting return on their investment, submental liposuction may be your best choice. However, if you hate the thought of undergoing even the most minor of procedures, you may want to consider KYBELLA injections or CoolSculpting treatments.

In making your decision, you’ll want to consider the overall cost, as well. Submental liposuction will be a one and done charge. However, with both KYBELLA and CoolSculpting, you’ll need to think beyond strictly dollar amount to the cost per treatment multiplied by the number of treatments needed.

Bottom line, whether looking at Submental Liposuction, KYBELLA or CoolSculpting for reducing a double chin, be sure to visit several facial cosmetic rejuvenation surgeons/specialists, ask questions, and determine your overall total cost before choosing your preferred option.

Brow Lifts are Just One Option

Getting the refreshed-looking eyes of your younger years.

Brow LiftA heavy-looking brow area –- speaking in terms of the structure of our face, not in terms of having thick, dark eyebrows –– can make us look tired, angry, sad or distressed when in fact we are feeling just fine. What happens, even as young as in our early 40s, is our forehead region starts to show signs of laxity as part of our genetics and the normal aging process due to the natural loss of collagen.

“Patients often come in believing they need a brow lift to correct this problem when, in fact, an upper eyelid lift or a combination of both a brow lift and upper eyelid lift are the best solution,” says Dr. Robert J. Smyth, facial cosmetic surgeon and facial rejuvenation specialist, in Cincinnati OH.

“There’s no one solution that’s right for everyone,” adds Dr. Smyth. “Each patient is unique by their bone structure, resilience of their facial muscles and condition of their skin. I look at the eyes, brows and forehead as one region, all needing to work together to provide the natural look my patients desire.”

In addition to surgical solutions to eliminate heaviness in the brow and forehead region are non-surgical treatments, such as injections of Botox or dermal fillers. “The artful and conservative placement of injectables may remedy the issue on their own, or they can serve as an excellent complement to a brow lift or upper eyelid surgery,” says Dr. Smyth.

If a brow lift is the preferred recommendation, the type of brow lift can vary by the placement of the incisions, again depending on the patient’s needs and if they are male or female. The tiny incisions may be discretely hidden in the upper hairline or at the temples or, for some patients, in both areas.

Before having a brow lift, take time to consult with one or more highly-experienced facial cosmetic surgeons and ask them what they recommend and “why”. Discuss your goal for results and make sure that you and the surgeon are on the same page.

The goal should ALWAYS be a natural-looking brow, eye and forehead region for a refreshed and bright-eyed look –– NEVER a too tight or startled, wide-eyed look.

5 Questions to Ask About Eyelid Surgery

How to get the natural, younger-looking eyes you want.

Eyelid SurgeryLet’s face it. Our eyes age right along with the rest of our face. Loose, sagging upper lids and puffy, undereye bags can make us look tired, unhappy and older than our years. The good news is that eyelid surgery is one of the fastest-healing of all facial rejuvenation procedures and can deliver outstanding results.

So, how do you get the younger but also natural-looking eyes you want? Before having eyelid surgery, visit several facial cosmetic surgeons to understand what they believe constitutes good results, ensuring you and the surgeon are of the same mindset. Ask to see photos of their work, or ask if you might speak directly to some of the surgeon’s patients.

Whether it’s your upper lids, lower lids or both that are bothering you, here are 5 questions to help guide your conversation with the surgeon.

How do you get rid of heavy, droopy upper eyelids?

The typical upper eyelid surgery procedure (upper blepharoplasty) involves the surgeon artfully making a very skinny incision in the natural crease of the upper lid, removing extra skin and fat and closing the incision. Placing the incision in the natural crease ensures it is almost entirely invisible once healed. In some cases, patients may also need dermal fillers in the upper lid to restore natural fullness lost in this area due to the aging process. And, Botox injections might also be suggested to lessen or eliminate squint lines at the corners of the eyes. THE GOAL: Natural, brighter, younger-looking eyes (NEVER a pulled or startled look).

What’s the secret to getting rid of the bags under my eyes?

Lower eyelid surgery (lower blepharoplasty) may be recommended for removing the puffy bags under the eyes. Dermal fillers specially designated for the thin and fragile skin in the undereye area also may be indicated for filling out the hollows and smoothing fine lines. THE GOAL: A smoother undereye area (NEVER a hollowed-out look).

Do you take a different approach to eyelid surgery for a man versus a woman?

If it’s natural results you want, this is a critical question to ask. A man’s eye area (eye and brow) is typically straighter across and with the brow lower than a woman’s eye area. To maintain that masculine look, it is important the surgeon not remove too much of the skin and fat in the upper lid which could feminize the eye. THE GOAL: Younger, refreshed looking eyes that turn back the clock without changing the patient’s natural eye shape.

How long is the healing process after eyelid surgery?

Patients will be asked to apply ice to the affected eye area for about 15-20 minutes, three times a day for the first two days post-procedure. The round eye gel packs you keep chilled in the freezer work beautifully and can easily be found at your pharmacy or online. Sutures dissolve on their own so there’s no worry about suture removal. Most patients are out and about within 3-4 days post-procedure donning sunglasses to protect against squinting. You should not touch, rub or pull on your eyes for two-three weeks post-procedure, including not applying eye makeup or eye makeup remover. TIP: If you wear prescription glasses or contacts, you might want to have a pair of prescription sunglasses to use during your healing period.

Aftercare

To ensure you get the most out of your eyelid surgery, protect your eyes from the sun by wearing quality sunglasses not just in the summer but year-round. A high-quality eye cream that moisturizes the tender skin around the eyes, encourages the production of collagen and elastin, and nourishes the eye area to retain resiliency and firmness is also important. TIP: As with any facial rejuvenation procedure, healthy habits such as eating a good diet, getting enough sleep, reducing stress, and not smoking are essential to keeping your eyes looking their best.

NOTE: Upper and/or lower eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Robert J. Smyth in Cincinnati OH is done under strictly local anesthesia to eliminate the risks and longer healing time associated with general anesthesia. Patients are provided some light sedation and are kept entirely comfortable throughout the blepharoplasty which takes less than an hour. Because of the light sedation, patients need someone to drive them to and from their procedure, but most patients are comfortable driving again at about 48 hours post-procedure.

“I hate my neck.”

Necklift surgery can help you love your neck all over again.

Necklift Cincinnati, OH“I hate all of this loose, crepey skin in my neck. The wrinkly folds and creases look terrible. Same for these vertical lines in the front of my neck. I feel so self-conscious wearing open necklines. I don’t know if it’s from being out in the sun or just from getting older, but what happened to my younger-looking neck?”

Many women in their 50s and older share these same feelings recently expressed by one of our consultation patients. An aging neck can cause us not only to be unhappy with our looks but also to change how we dress, even to the point of no longer donning formal wear, open neck tops or shirts. Often, a scarf becomes our go-to accessory no matter what the time of year.

Necklift surgery can make a world of difference.

As we age, the skin in our neck typically begins to show laxity, and the muscle bands become more visible. Add to this the excess and sagging skin in the lower face that creates jowls, and the result is our lower face and neck area look droopy and older than our chronological age.

The aging of the neck and lower face can be caused by genetics, sun damage, gravity, stress, and poor nutrition. Only a surgical procedure will eliminate the excess loose skin, remedy the prominent muscle bands, and improve the tone of the neck skin.

The Timeless Lift® performed by Dr. Robert J. Smyth in Cincinnati is a proven solution. This combined lower facelift and necklift surgery restores a younger and natural looking jawline and a smoother, lifted neck area. The procedure also includes tightening of loose neck muscles/vertical neckbands (platysmaplasty).

Patients benefit by getting natural results in one procedure, one cost and one healing period. Results last six to 10 years depending on how well you take care of your health, protect your skin from sun damage and avoid smoking.

Should you also have excess fat under your chin, the necklift surgery (Timeless Lift) can include Submental Liposuction, a quick and simple procedure that removes the excess fat and helps to achieve a more defined jawline and refined-looking neck.

The Timeless Lift® is performed under local anesthesia, with patients being entirely comfortable throughout the procedure but without the risks and longer recovery time associated with general anesthesia. Recovery can include some minor bruising and swelling but most patients return to work and full activities at 9-12 days post procedure.

WATCHOUT: Make sure to discuss expectations with your face and neck cosmetic surgeon/specialist. While a facelift/necklift surgery can improve the face and neck area, it cannot significantly improve the neck and chest area below the collarbone.

What’s the right time for a facelift?

When fillers and Botox no longer do the trick.

Facelift Cincinnati, OHThe use of non-surgical facial cosmetic procedures such as injections of Botox, laser skin resurfacing, peels, and dermal fillers (Juvederm. Restylane, Voluma) has increased by double digits in recent years. This surge makes sense in that as consumers we typically gravitate to “non-surgical” treatments as a first and less invasive step toward regaining or maintaining our younger-looking face.

Some people can get by with fillers, Botox, and other non-surgical treatments for years, especially if they start in their 40s. However, there comes a time when non-surgical options no longer do the trick and facelift surgery becomes your best and proven choice for turning back the clock. That time is when you have loose skin in your cheeks, jowls and neck area.

No filler can remove excess skin, and no skin treatments can replicate the beautiful and long-lasting results of today’s minimally invasive facelift, such as the Timeless Lift™ performed by Dr. Robert J. Smyth in Cincinnati OH. Only a facelift can remove the loose skin in your face and neck that makes you look older than you are.

While treatments such as Kybella and Cool Sculpting promise to tighten the skin of the lower face and neck, the results do not last nearly as long as a facelift. Further, these treatments are most effective on younger skin that is still resilient and taut versus loose sagging skin. Again, only a facelift can remove excess, sagging skin.

As such, Kybella and CoolSculpting can wind up costing more than facelift surgery over the long term, because these treatments may need to be repeated every year or so. By comparison, the Timeless Lift™ lasts six to 10 years for most people, depending on your lifestyle, protecting your skin from the sun, and not smoking. One other point of comparison, results of facelift surgery are immediate whereas other treatments can take weeks or months to show any improvement.

Many patients find that facelift surgery along with a good skincare regimen, daily use of sunscreen, and fillers and Botox as needed provide them the natural, refreshed, younger appearance that has friends and family wondering why they look so good – not to mention being the best return on their investment.

Rejuvenate your face with Juvederm®

The dermal filler that helps to turn back time.

Juvederm Timeless YouAs if getting lines and wrinkles weren’t enough as we get older, we also tend to lose some of the underlying fat and support structure (collagen) in our faces. The once youthful fullness in our cheeks starts to flatten out, while the area around our mouth may show creases and valleys, and the nasolabial folds (parentheses-shaped lines from the outer corners of our nose to the outer corners of our mouth) also might deepen.

For some people, the best way to reverse these signs of aging especially where excess skin is causing drooping and sagging may be a minimally invasive lower facelift. However, for many people particularly those in their later 40s and 50s, using a dermal filler such as Juvederm® to fill and soften the creases and folds can provide a beautiful, non-surgical solution with results lasting up to a year.

Juvederm® is the first injectable gel (dermal filler) for wrinkles and folds to be FDA-approved. It comes in different variations depending on what part of the face is in need of treatment. Juvederm® XC, the #1 selling filler in the US, is typically used for lines, wrinkles and folds around the mouth and to soften the nasolabial area. Another variation, Juvederm® Voluma XC, is the first and only FDA-approved injectable gel for the cheek area. It instantly creates contour and a subtle, natural lift to the cheeks, restoring a more youthful profile.

Juvederm® fillers are used by Dr. Robert J. Smyth, facial cosmetic surgeon and face and neck rejuvenation specialist, either alone or to further refine areas of the face following a lower facelift. Using a very fine gauge needle, Dr. Smyth gently injects the filler under the skin just where needed for the natural results patients want. Juvederm® products contain a common anesthetic called Lidocaine to reduce any discomfort. The Lidocaine takes effect immediately and most patients are very comfortable throughout the treatment.

“Results are instant and natural and treatments can be repeated as needed, making Juvederm® a popular and proven anti-aging tool,” says Dr. Smyth. “That being said, dermal fillers cannot get rid of loose and sagging excess skin. Only a minimally invasive facelift such as the Timeless Lift™ can remove excess skin.”
